New Year, New U-Build

Welcome 2026. 

With the slow approach of Spring, it’s the ideal time to start sketching out your perfect Garden Studio. Whether you have ambitions for an office or creative space, we’re making it more sustainable for your pocket and the planet. 

New Year Offer: We’re cutting our planning fees in half, and if you go ahead with your build, we’ll reimburse this planning fee as well! U-Build has a 100% success rate on securing planning and we’re confident we can help with yours too. Don’t require planning? We’ll deduct £700 from your pod total instead. Book in January, build & enjoy your pod by Summer.
