The L-shaped wooden modular structures viewed under high-contrast lighting. The walls are a dark, textured red with visible graffiti. A plume of blue smoke rises in the background behind a central doorway-like structure, while harsh light from above highlights the wood grain and the industrial ribs of the red ceiling and exterior.

All Aboard FLOTO: Our Installation for a New Floating Gallery

From digital lidar scans to a smoke-filled photoshoot, see how we used our modular Box Library to fit out a portable gallery space. A study in versatility, these components transform a boat’s red belly into a functional, ever-changing hub for London’s photography scene.

A red wooden Box Library with three large blue dots is stacked on unfinished wooden boxes with circular holes, capturing a striking scene against a clear blue sky.

Box Library Photoshoot, 2026

Captured at BLOQS, our Box Library photoshoot showcases the artistic versatility and circular potential against industrial surroundings. Under a rare burst of winter sun, our team experimented with abstract configurations to illustrate how our adaptable, CNC-cut pieces can bring projects to life.

As we grow, we strive towards making a positive contribution and impact on the world. If U-Build sparks a conversation or engages anyone with alternative building systems, or maybe even sustainable lifestyle practices, we believe these are the incremental steps towards a greener future.
