If you’d like to move right ahead with your U-Build journey, you can book in a consultation with one of the team, where we help you position the design in your space, and talk through the process.

Pay Fee £100

Once you have paid the consultation fee, we will be in touch to book your appointment.

After this, we ask for a simple 50% payment to start the process, with the remaining 50% on delivery. After the first payment, the parts will arrive within 6-8 weeks – subject to any discussions with the team.

Consultation payments are now at a fixed cost of £100. If the consultation is not carried out within 6 months of the initial payment, U-Build reserve the right to keep the fee, in exceptional circumstances we may refund at our discretion.

If you choose to sign up to a project we can then waiver this fee as part of the total cost of the project.
