Coworking Interior Fitout – South London

U-Build aligned with Contingent Works coworking space to help put in place a new modular interior, designed to create office spaces and meeting rooms. 

This was the first interior project that was developed remotely, where we did not physically help on site, in either pre or post assembly. The proof of concept gave us more confidence in the system, making it more accessible to folks all over the world. Using carefully engineered digital files and concisely written instructions, we can offer these solutions to many projects where people need flexibility and our interested in a circular economy approach to their project. 

Located in the heart of Bromley, Contingent Works offers flexible coworking spaces designed to enhance productivity and foster collaboration. The facilities include super-fast Wi-Fi, ergonomic workstations, private booths, meeting rooms, and bike parking. The idea was to encourage a vibrant community of professionals and elevate the work experience.

It is also a neighbourhood work club for freelancers and small businesses. Where you can focus on working solo as well as thrive from the energy of a community, taking advantage of flexible spaces, and making real connections, the facilities have everything you need to get things done.
