Gingerbread City 2024 was a success. We were thrilled to have partnered with @museumofarchitecture @electrified on this project. U-Build crafted the reusable wooden bases that support each stunning gingerbread model, making this exhibition not just a feast for the eyes but a celebration of the circular economy. The modular plinth boxes are made of biodegradable finsa bioboard, and will be used again and again for future exhibitions, saving waste. Now that’s tasty.

This year’s theme, Recycled City, focuses on rethinking how we use and repurpose buildings to tackle global challenges like climate change. The exhibition showcases over 50 gingerbread creations by architects and designers, inspiring creativity and environmental awareness, including @studiobark.
